The whole experience was excellent , from initial enquires , dealing with Nadia Burton , who was first class throughout. The car was sourced from a dealership in northern England and promptly made ready for collection in Tunbridge Wells.

The BMW centre were brilliant, especially Cassidy Roberts, who saved and resurrected my faith in BMW. The 9th car had many problems and faults making me nervous of driving the thing. Cassidy arranged the hand back and resolution. She is a star.

Problems with the basics of warranty cover again. Having the car off the road for a full day to achieve nothing and wasting customer time.

I was offered complementary inside/out car wash. It looked like it was forgotten, and only on the day when I arrived and asked about, it looked like it was done fairly poorly in five minutes or so. Not washed at all, just quickly sprayed with water.

I had an issue with a tyre and happened to have one at home. At extremely short notice, I was offered a courtesy car which enabled me to get home and collect the tyre. I was very impressed.

There is confusion between what's booked on the online system and what the staff think is to be done. Also, my key batteries weren't replaced as requested. I was asked to return to rectify. Would have been nice to be done FOC as it was BMW oversight.

Circumstances meant that I arrived late for my appointment but this was not a problem for the Service Team and all work was carried out promptly and efficiently. I was slightly embarrassed about how dirty my car was when I brought it in for checking.

It was only for a short visit that the car was at your garage and having asked how long the service would take I was given a time slot of 2 hours. I was telephoned an hour and 40 minutes later to say I could collect the car.

No courtesy car available, no escalation to work with their partner Strastone Leeds to make this experience better for me as a customer, the service centre didn't have any spare tyres to do a final test, more inconvenience. Not a great experience.
